In the top tier of our service matrix we are providing comprehensive and intensive wealth consulting. The meeting cadence in our private client group is quarterly and the standards are high. We are making investment management decisions in concert with tax and estate planning objectives and the tax and estate professionals who work with our top clients. We consider ourselves architects of our clients financial lives, personally consulting with them and creating hand-selected strategies with the intent of meeting their financial goals. The standard of service is to create an experience for them that they feel would be doing their friends and family a disservice by not making them aware of us.

About the Position:
Vector3 Wealth Management is seeking a sharp and energetic full-time Client Service Associate/Paraplanner. This position will be responsible for supporting John in a client service and paraplanning capacity. This position is perfect for someone who is obsessively detail oriented, tech savvy, task-completion driven, enjoys providing top-notch customer service and is passionate about financial planning.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client accounts, complete onboarding and death processing
- Initial and Ongoing Data Review – Review financial documents provided by client as well as call and meeting notes, identify any missing information or clarifications needed and update systems
- Create agendas, prep for meetings, create client deliverables and provide follow up
- Complete transfers, both ACAT and non-ACAT
- Perform account maintenance to include beneficiary changes, money movement, address changes, service alerts, etc.
- Enter data into eMoney and help create and update financial plans
- Create reports and analyze data
- Maintain data integrity between software systems
- Update new client checklists and workflows
- Review and efile client paperwork and important documents
- Work with and train clients surrounding financial software
- Coordinate client meetings and perform calendar maintenance
- Support firm’s initiatives and other duties as assigned
Desired Qualities:
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Detail oriented with laser focus
- Series 65 or CFP®preferred but not required
- Must be tech savvy – bonus points for experience with any of the following:
- eMoney
- Wealthbox
- Black Diamond
- Precision FP
- LightSpeed VoIP
- Schwab Advisor Center and iRebal
- MS Office Suite
- Slack
- Able to uphold the firm’s purpose, vision and values with high ethical standards
- Ability to provide superior customer service and relationship management skills
- Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative
- Must be independent, organized and able to manage, prioritize and complete tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work

Compensation & Perks:
- This will be a part-time W2 position initially. 15-20 hours per week. As the firm grows, the position could move to full time.
- $35-$50 per hour depending on experience and certifications
- Ditch the commute! This position is remote.
