Overview

Love Financial Planning, But Not Prospecting?

If you became a CFP® professional because you enjoy solving financial problems and helping clients make better decisions (not cold calling or gathering assets) this may be the opportunity you’re looking for.

Integrity Investment Advisors is seeking a planning-focused CFP® professional with 2–5 years of experience who is ready to take the next step from supporting financial planning to becoming a trusted advisor to high-net-worth families.

You’ll work directly with clients, develop sophisticated planning strategies, collaborate with experienced advisors and outside professionals, and take increasing ownership of client relationships.

There are no prospecting quotas, sales goals, or requirements to bring a book of business.

Your job is to be a great financial planner and advisor.

About Integrity Investment Advisors

Integrity Investment Advisors is an independent, fee-only fiduciary wealth management firm serving successful families, professionals, and business owners nationwide.

With more than $500 million in assets under management, we combine comprehensive financial planning, institutional investment management, and proactive tax strategy to help clients navigate retirement, liquidity events, concentrated wealth, business transitions, and other important financial decisions.

Our typical client is the “Millionaire Next Door” – financially successful, thoughtful about money, and looking for sophisticated advice without unnecessary Wall Street costs or complexity.

Our investment and operational platform is supported by a large national RIA organization overseeing more than $500 billion in assets.  This helps to give us size, scale, resources & expertise.

We are a 100% virtual, technology-driven firm with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. We believe good processes and great technology should create more time for what matters most: planning, relationships, and helping clients live their best life possible.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you’ll work closely with our Lead Advisor while developing the skills and experience to take increasing responsibility for existing client relationships.

This is more than a behind-the-scenes paraplanning position.

You’ll participate directly in client meetings, develop and present financial planning recommendations, identify proactive planning opportunities, coordinate implementation, and become a trusted point of contact for clients.

We are looking for someone who is:

*Planning-centric — you genuinely enjoy financial planning and problem solving.
*Client-focused — you enjoy building relationships and helping people make important decisions.
*Proactive — you identify opportunities rather than waiting for assignments.
*Analytical — you enjoy working with numbers, scenarios, tax returns, and complex planning decisions.
*Accountable — when you own something, you get it done.
*Curious — you want to keep learning and becoming a better advisor.
*Technology-forward — you see technology and AI as tools for becoming a better and more efficient advisor.
*Success is measured by planning quality, client outcomes, responsiveness, collaboration, and execution.

*Analyze retirement, tax, investment, estate, charitable, insurance, and cash-flow planning opportunities
*Identify and gather necessary information ahead of planning calls
*Build planning scenarios that help clients understand their choices and make informed decisions.
*Participate directly in client meetings and increasingly lead planning discussions.
*Proactively identify planning opportunities across existing client relationships.
*Partner with the Lead Advisor on complex client situations.
*Help turn recommendations into completed client actions.

Tax Planning

*Review client tax returns and perform tax projections using Holistiplan.
*Evaluate opportunities involving:
*Roth conversions
*Tax-loss harvesting
*Capital-gain management
*Charitable giving
*Retirement distributions
*Income and tax-bracket management
*Coordinate recommendations with clients’ CPAs and other tax professionals.
*Develop your expertise in integrating tax strategy with comprehensive financial planning.

Client Relationships

*Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families.
*Serve as a responsive and knowledgeable point of contact.
*Help clients understand complex financial decisions in straightforward language.
*Coordinate planning recommendations with CPAs, estate attorneys, custodians, and other professionals.
*Manage follow-up and ensure client action items are completed.
*Take increasing ownership of client relationships as your experience grows.

Technology & Execution

*Maintain accurate client information and workflows within Orion, RightCapital, Holistiplan, and Redtail CRM.
*Prepare meeting agendas, planning analyses, recommendations, and follow-up items.
*Support onboarding and transitions for new client relationships.
*Use AI, automation, and workflow technology to improve efficiency and the client experience.
*Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through completion.

What Success Looks Like

Within this role, you will increasingly be able to:

*Independently prepare and present high-quality financial planning recommendations.
*Develop credibility and trusted relationships with clients.
*Identify planning opportunities before clients ask about them.
*Explain complicated financial concepts simply.
*Manage multiple client priorities without needing constant direction.
*Coordinate effectively with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals.
*Take ownership of planning recommendations from analysis through implementation.
*Become increasingly responsible for ongoing client relationships.
*Continue developing toward greater Lead Advisor responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For – Required

*CFP® certification in good standing.
*2–5 years of relevant financial planning or wealth management experience.
*Series 65 registration or applicable exemption.
*Experience developing comprehensive financial plans.
*Meaningful direct client-facing experience.
*Strong understanding of retirement and investment planning.
*Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
*Proven ability to follow through and complete projects.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
*A genuine desire to build a career around financial planning and client advice rather than sales and asset gathering.

We’d Be Particularly Excited If You Have

*Experience working with high-net-worth households ($2M+).
*Tax-planning experience, including reviewing tax returns and identifying planning opportunities.
*Experience with business owners, executives, retirees, or families with complex taxable wealth.
*Knowledge of estate and charitable planning.
*Experience using RightCapital, Holistiplan, Orion, or Redtail.
*Experience within an independent, fee-only RIA.
*An EA, FPQP®, master’s degree in financial planning, or other advanced planning education in addition to your CFP®.
*An interest in using AI and emerging technology to improve financial planning and client service.
