No. We specialize in virtual-only positions. We require that all positions being posted on our site be 100% remote positions, and all applicants understand that they are not applying for in-person work.
The job board is the place that employers can post their available positions. It is searchable by both keyword and category, with job descriptions, links to the posting firm, and the option to apply directly to the positions. Employers can either write their own job description or can hire Simpy Paraplanner to create a job posting for them. Employers pay a fee to place a job on the board. Anyone can view the job board and apply to the jobs free of charge.
The database is a collection of resumes from financial professionals interested in virtual work. Any interested professional can create a free membership and post their resume, photo, and an introductory video to the database. Employers pay a fee to have access to the database.

This primarily depends on how you want to interact with your employee and your state employment laws. A W2 employee can have more traditional work requirements. If you hire a 1099 contractor, it is important to remember that they are considered self-employed and are running their own business. You are hiring their business to provide paraplanning services. This means that you cannot require them to work within certain hours. You give them a task and a deadline and they choose when to work on the task. You also cannot control if they work for other firms.
