About Us

We are a tech startup working with some of the best and fastest-growing firms in the country on a new AI platform for independent RIAs. Our mission is to unlock advisor capacity by combining human expertise with automation, creating more time for meaningful client relationships and better planning outcomes.

This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor of something transformational in wealth management, with exposure to both cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking advisory firms.

  • Collaborate with operations and paraplanning support to ensure accurate implementation of recommendations.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, planning processes, and client experience within an AI-enabled advisory environment.
  • Provide feedback to help refine how technology integrates into the planning process.

  • CFP® designation (or on track) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complexity into clear client guidance.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Structure
