Merino Wealth is a fee-only financial advisory firm. We take a down-to-earth approach to support clients navigating their personal financial planning paths. We currently support clients who engage in both financial planning and asset management.  We provide an experience with a “hands on” approach to help make investing and planning easier for our clients. Our specialty lies in helping high income earning women in their 30s and 40s with equity compensation manage their busy financial lives.

Overview:

Merino Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Servicing Advisor for a mission-driven financial planning practice. This team member will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of a fast-paced office with primary responsibility for proactive client meeting wrap up and post meeting execution. Our culture is down-to-earth with a strong focus on quality, accountability, and follow-through. We are conscious of our own self-discipline, service orientation, and positive attitudes and hope the person who joins our team also sees these values as important.  This role will leverage deep Schwab and execution experience to identify inefficiencies, recommend workflow improvements, and help optimize how the firm uses its technology as systems continue to evolve.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key Schwab Advisor Center resource, managing custodial workflows (account opening, maintenance, funding, NIGO resolution, alerts, DocuSign coordination, and status tracking)
  • Facilitate client meeting wrap-up and execution, translating meeting decisions into clearly defined action items.
  • Lead post-meeting execution, including paperwork, new business processing, trades, account updates, planning updates, and follow-up communications.
  • Draft, assign, and track post-meeting tasks in Knudge and Quivr, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting summaries utilizing the advisor’s AI notetaker.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client data and documentation in Quivr, eMoney, and Google Drive, with timely updates to notes, decisions, and task status following meetings.
  • Coordinate with the advisor and internal stakeholders to implement approved planning recommendations and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Respond to client service requests in a timely, professional manner and proactively flag unresolved items, dependencies, or risks with recommended next steps
  • Comfort operating in evolving systems and contributing to process and workflow improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • CFP® Professional
  • 5+ years of experience in an RIA
  • Technical expertise of Schwab Advisor Center required.
  • Experience with Quivr, eMoney, Monarch Money, irebal, Advicepay, GReminders, and Black Diamond a plus.
  • Desire to provide high quality work and client satisfaction with strong personal ethics and moral code
  • Strong work ethic, flexible and adaptive with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and be trustworthy and reliable
  • Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, knows how to prioritize and has high standards
  • Enjoys engaging customers and building rapport
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive and fun work environment while providing high quality work and client satisfaction

Compensation & Perks:

  • Open to full time or part time
  • W-2 or 1099
  • Hourly rate of $50+ depending on experience
  • Flexible Remote Work
