About the Position: 

Essential Partners is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate who will support the advisory team across all aspects of client service and operations. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards and exceptional experience our clients expect.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision and follow-through. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and prospects
  • Maintain advisor calendars, coordinate client meetings and perform calendar maintenance
  • Ensure timely and thoughtful responses to client needs
  • Work with and train clients surrounding financial software 
  • Lead “surprise and delight” moments with personalized gestures for important milestones
  • Manage account openings, transfers, updates and money movement
  • Maintain CRM (Wealthbox) 
  • Manage electronic client files and secure document storage
  • Update and refine workflows
  • Prepare client meeting materials and assist with follow-up execution
  • Perform benchmarking and research studies to assess and improve all aspects of the firm
  • Track implementation of tasks and workflows
  • Support firm’s initiatives and other duties as assigned

Desired Qualities:

  • 3+ years experience in financial services or wealth management 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Detail oriented with laser focus
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and relationship management skills
  • Must be tech savvy and interested in integrating AI to improve effectiveness of the firm, bonus points for experience with any of the following:
    • eMoney
    • Wealthbox
    • Black Diamond
    • Hazel AI
    • Claude
    • Schwab Advisor Center
    • MS Office Suite
  • Able to uphold the firm’s purpose, vision and values with high ethical standards
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented
  • Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative
  • Must be independent, organized and able to manage, prioritize and complete tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work

Compensation & Perks:

  • This is a full time W2 position. 
  • Salary starts at $68K and goes up depending on experience and certifications
  • 401K with 3% match
