Position Overview
This is not a traditional paraplanner role.
This is a client experience and advisory support position at the center of our firm’s most important relationships.
You will work directly with the Lead Advisor to care for, anticipate, and elevate the lives of approximately 50 top clients—serving as both a concierge and a steward of their financial and personal planning journey.
Your mission:
Deliver “wow” service, create clarity, and ensure every client feels deeply known, cared for, and guided.

Core Responsibilities
1. Client Concierge & Relationship Stewardship
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for top clients
- Deliver white-glove service with responsiveness, warmth, and precision
- Anticipate client needs before they arise
- Coordinate and execute thoughtful touches:Milestones, birthdays, life events
- Proactive check-ins
- Personalized follow-ups
- Ensure every client interaction feels intentional, personal, and elevated
2. Lead Advisor Partnership
- Act as the right hand to the Lead Advisor
- Prepare the advisor to show up fully present in every meeting
- Manage priorities, scheduling, and follow-through
- Ensure nothing falls through the crack
3. Meeting Preparation & Follow-Through
- Prepare all client meetings, including:Agendas
- Financial planning materials
- EVOKE® Life Planning documents
- Execute all follow-up items quickly and accurately
- Track progress on client action items and planning initiatives
4. Financial Planning & Paraplanning Support
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial plans
- Gather and organize client data
- Prepare analysis and summaries for advisor review
- Implement planning recommendations (accounts, transfers, paperwork, etc.)
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in CRM and planning systems
5. Client Experience & “Wow” Delivery
- Continuously improve the client journey
- Identify ways to surprise and delight clients
- Maintain a high standard for communication, presentation, and execution
- Help design and refine client-facing materials and experiences
6. Operational Excellence
- Maintain impeccable organization of client records and workflows
- Ensure all processes are executed efficiently and consistently
- Support firm initiatives, events, and special projects
- Help scale a high-touch, boutique experience without losing quality

Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or an RIA preferred
- Paraplanning experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CFP® coursework or interest is a plus
