Overview
Sound Advice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Money Mentor to support our financial advice team. As a Money Mentor, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and support to our Gen Z users through the Sound Advice mobile app.
Responsibilities:
- Answer financial advice requests from Gen Z users through the Sound Advice app.
- Respond to follow-up questions from users and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sound Advice team to continually improve the app’s financial advice offerings and user experience.
- Ability to earn additional income through promotional activities to drive sign-ups & subscriptions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, analysis, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and tools.
